Returns?  You mean exchanges.

We cannot possibly fathom that our awesome shirt is not to your liking.  After all, you saw it and bought it.  And we don't want to hear that you were drunk.  That's never an excuse for behavior.  Anyway.  Should you, within 30 days of purchase, notice that the shirt is the wrong size, wrong design, or is malfunctioning we will exchange it for a much better behaved shirt.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

When we receive the sent item at our HQ:

We will then send out the exchange.

Refunds: Don't worry, we're Neutral Good.

You give us money, we give you epic apparel.  Most of the time that system works perfectly.  But sometimes...

  • Someone else used your card for the purchase.  (Call your bank!  Now!)  
  • You have such epic tastes in clothing that your item is sold out
  • The artist is no longer making the thing you want and we couldn't get it off the site in time
  • We're out of stock, but the production period is too long for you to wait.

In this case we can't keep your money; the guilt will keep us up all night and we have to open in the Dealer's Room at 9:30.  We're proactive about refunds and will contact you through the info you've given us.  If the issue hasn't been resolved quite fast enough though, email info@rfandom.com and we'll get you to the top of the to-do list.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a return of over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
